Happy New Years: Shop Update!

Happy 2026 everyone!

I hope everyone had a fun holiday season and plenty of time to rest and recover. I wanted to welcome everyone into the 2026 year! I have so many exciting things planned for 2026 and I wanted to take a moment to highlight a few:

As of January 1st, I am an official Ceramics instructor at the MixMatch in Fort Worth! I will be hosting 2-4 classes a month for different ceramics projects for a variety of skill levels! If you're local to the DFW area I'd love to see you there! Here is the January class schedule! 

January 10th 6-8pm: Pottery Painting! Join us to paint your own pottery. We will provide you with the pre-fired piece of ceramic (bisque-ware) and you can take the time to decorate it however you'd like! Then we will fire it and you can come pick it up whenever it's ready!

January 15th 6-8pm: Ceramic Pinch Pots! Pinch pots are one of the foundational techniques for hand building with clay! In this class I will show everyone how to make a pinch pot, as well as show you all the things are are able to make with one! In our class we will be focusing on making small little pinch pot trinket dishes! Then we will fire the clay and we invite you to come to our glazing session on the 31st to decorate your work!

January 17th 2-4pm: Coil Building Ceramic Mugs! In this class I will be showing how to coil build your own mug! This class will go over making a small slab of clay, and creating coils to build up in size, as well as making a handle! 

January 31st 6-8pm: The Glazing session! If you came to any wet clay class during the month, we invite you to join our glazing session where you can decorate your work! We will then fire it and let you know when it's ready to pickup and take home.

Outside of my new classes, I plan on finishing and manufacturing my tarot deck this year! I have officially begun on the suit of Swords, and after that will only have two suits to go! Once everything is completed being designed, I plan on ordering a sample to make sure everything looks good! Then I will create my kickstarter to help fundraise to manufacture the deck. 

I appreciate everyone's support for my art in 2025, and I am so excited to see what 2026 brings!
