Contact & Commissions

Do I Do Commissions?

The answer is, sometimes! I accept commissions on a case by case basis! Send me a contact form with your ideas and we can chat! I can let you know if I am a good fit for your visions!

All approved commissions will need to submit 50% of the total payment up front, and then the remainding 50% upon completion of the commission. An Invoice will be sent to you via email from contact@erinnicole.art!

Shipping of all physical commissions (Non-Digital artworks) will need to be covered by the buyer, and I will include cost of shipping in your quote if it is pertinent.

I do not do portraits! It is something I used to do, but unfortunately no longer offer them.

Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

The only purchases that are final sale are mail clubs and custom pieces!

When will I get my order?

Most items take 1-4 days in production to be printed and packaged, and shipping for basic USPS ground shipping should take 3-5 days.

Once an item is in the mail I do not have control of the package. If you notice shipping is taking longer than expected, please reach out and I will see if there is anything I can do.

Item bundles require slightly longer for shipping. I do not keep every single item on hand to help reduce product waste! When an item bundle is ordered, I order the products right then and there, have them delivered to me to inspect and package and then ship to you! Please allow up to 14 business days for production and inspection on these items.

Multiple Item orders will usually be shipped separately, as I do use manufactures and print on demand services for my products! If something arrives before another, keep an eye out! If it it taking significantly longer, send me a message and I will see what I can find out!

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Prints are printed and shipped through Artelo, they specialize in fine art prints and framing.

Journals and Totes are currently manufactured through Printify and Printful. These companies are in charge of printing and shipping these items. I always order new samples when I am testing new designs to make sure the quality is up to my standard before linking these manufactures to my shop!

Stickers are printed through Vinyl Disorder and I keep these in stock with me personally. I hand package all stickers before they are shipped!

I use print on demand services to help reduce product waste as a small business! These companies allow small businesses like me to provide high quality products, without needing to keep massive amounts of inventory on hand!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
